Placing an order

How do I buy?

Choose your favourite item from our collection, and click Add to your shopping basket. When you are finished shopping, go to "view shopping basket" and follow the payment instructions until you receive a confirmation message. Please print the page for your records.

Can I place an order by telephone?

Yes, please feel free to call us during our business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (Eastern Time). Please have the product style numbers and your credit card ready when you call.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

If you reside elsewhere and would like to ship an order outside the U.S. we would be happy to assist you. RetroActif offers international shipping using U.S. Postal service and DHL. Recipients are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in that country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Your purchase will normally be processed within one to three business days from receipt of your order.

Do I get an order confirmation email?

Once you have followed the payment instructions you will receive a confirmation message. Please print the page for your records. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with information on how to track your order. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us.

Returns

What is your return policy?

At RetroActif, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. 

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 15 days.

When shipping the return you must include the receipt.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of us receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item less the shipping costs.

Sale items are not refundable.

Special or custom orders are not refundable.
